We're up and running!

With more and more emphasis being placed on the sporting aspect of karate, both Sensei Jim Palmer and myself thought it time to redress the balance. Within traditional Shotokan Karate-do, competition does have its place, but it is only a small part of the whole. When competition and trophies become the sole purpose of training then it is something entirely different to what we wish to follow.

We welcome all senior traditional Shotokan karate-ka to join us in this mission of preserving karate-do, with its myriad of benefits, not just for the young, but for all ages, male and female.
